We provide disability support that’s delivered in the safest way possible, while keeping it fun. On your bookings, you can pick from a wide range of activities and join other participants out if you’d like to work on your social skills too!
Complete our form in about 5 minutes to help us connect you with the right local support team.
We’ll call you to talk through your goals, answer your questions and explain how What Ability works. This call can take up to 30 minutes.
Together we’ll create a support plan around your goals, understand your interests, start matching support workers, and get you set up in our system ahead of your first booking!
You'll have a dedicated manager who will build a team of Support Workers around you! They'll also be in touch for your first adventure with What Ability!
We’ll check in after your first booking to hear how it went, make any tweaks, and ensure your support feels just right.
What Ability is an NDIS registered provider built on one simple belief; happiness comes first.
Families choose What Ability because we combine strong safety systems with support workers families actually connect with. We are serious about quality, clear communication and delivering support that feels personal, not clinical.
This is disability support that feels different. And you’ll see it from day one.
What Ability Days are disability-inclusive community event days where you can meet your local athletes. They are free for everyone and feature a range of fun activities. From a silent disco and sausage sizzle to sporting games and a dedicated chill-out zone, these days are all about bringing the community together and creating lifelong memories!
Love sports? Come along to cheer on your favourite team and watch your favourite What Ability support workers take the field. This is your chance to experience the action of a live match, hang out with the team, and create some lifelong memories in the stands. Don’t forget to wear your team colours.
Through our incredible partnerships, our participants are gifted the chance to be part of the action, not just watch it from the stands. These once-in-a-lifetime activations range from match ball deliveries and guards of honour to half-time games and high ball tosses. By putting our participants on the big stage, we create ‘hero’ moments that build incredible confidence and lifelong memories.
Does someone you know want to run on the field with the likes of Collingwood FC’s Brayden Maynard or the Matilda’s Alanna Kennedy? Keep an eye out on our community activation updates. These unforgettable experiences include sporting team run outs and guard of honours. This will be the opportunity of a lifetime, make sure they don’t miss out!
