Leadership

Our Leadership team sets the vision and direction for What Ability nationally. They are responsible for ensuring we deliver high-quality, compliant and person-centred support across every region we operate in.

National Team

Our National team supports our state teams across Australia. They provide structure, guidance and expertise to ensure our people feel supported and equipped to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred support in every region.

Allied Health

Our Allied Health team is dedicated to helping participants build safer, more supportive environments where they can thrive. Our qualified Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioners work closely with participants, families and support teams to understand behaviour, build practical skills and create meaningful improvements in everyday life.

Team New South Wales

Team New South Wales is where What Ability began back in 2019, and it will always feel like home to us. Led by our NSW State Manager, Dylan Kable, this team has grown alongside families across the state, building trusted, long-term relationships with our participants and their families. Our NSW team leads our local support workers who show up with patience, consistency and genuine care, taking the time to understand what makes each child feel safe, confident and happy.

Team Queensland

Since launching in 2022, Team Queensland has brought an incredible energy to our national mission. The team focuses on the trusted, long-term relationships that define What Ability, with support workers who show up every day with the energy and heart to help every participant thrive.

Team Victoria

Established in 2022, Team Victoria is a community built on a true understanding of our families’ needs. Under State Manager Emily Brown, the team prioritises consistency and care. Our VIC team takes the time to really listen and learn, ensuring every participant has support that makes them feel seen, safe, and happy.

Team Perth

Team Western Australia, or Perth as we like to call them, has been a massive part of our story since 2022. Led by State Manager Ash Oliver, this crew has become a powerhouse of energy in the West. The team focuses on building the deep, trusted connections that make our participants feel like family from day one. Our Perth support workers bring the genuine care needed to ensure every participant feels safe, confident, and empowered.
