Participant and Enquiry Forms
If you choose to submit an enquiry or contact form on the Site, we collect and process that information to respond to your enquiry and provide services. Participant and Support Worker enquiries submitted via our website are processed using Supportmate and its CRM software, Onboardify. Supportmate/Onboardify help us manage enquiries, onboarding and service delivery.
Participant Media and Photo Albums
If we have your social media and content consent to do so, we may use selected images, video or media for marketing, promotional or community engagement purposes in line with the consent provided. Support workers may upload photos and other media as part of service delivery. This content is stored using our media management platform, Hivo, and organised into participant specific albums linked to the participant’s Supportmate profile. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics and software, is owned by What Ability or used under licence. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, adapt, republish, transmit or commercially exploit any material on this Site without our written permission.
